How are your pickles shipped to ensure freshness?
All our pickles are packed in heavy-duty, food-grade plastic bags and sealed within corrugated boxes. We ship using expedited services to ensure they arrive crisp and delicious at your doorstep.
Do your pickles require refrigeration upon arrival?
Yes. Because our pickles are cured in natural brine without heavy preservatives, they must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt to maintain their crunch and flavor profile.
How long do the pickles last in the refrigerator?
When kept submerged in their brine and refrigerated, most of our pickle varieties will remain fresh and crunchy for approximately 6 to 8 months.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
The majority of our pickled vegetables are naturally gluten-free and vegan. We use traditional water, salt, and spice brines. Please check individual product descriptions for specific ingredient lists.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States due to the perishable nature of our products and customs regulations regarding food items.
